The module offers both standard functionalities and integrations with external organizations such as KCM, who specialize in customized surveys. Recipients can rate emails, services and website information, while agents can evaluate and continuously improve the knowledge base information.
Out-of-the-box, surveys can be activated for each knowledge base item to measure the satisfaction of end customers. The answers are fully configurable in the TriniCo Administration Panel, and the scores are available for further follow-up. This always gives you insight into customer satisfaction and enables you to work on improvements in a targeted manner.
