Customer Importer & Exporter

Manage customer data efficiently and effectively with the TriniCo Customer Importer (TCI) module. This module can easily retrieve customer information from a CRM source system or, if TriniCo itself is used as a CRM, export it to an external system.

The TCI adapter creates a mapping between the desired fields in TriniCo and the external system based on business needs. Once configured, the TCI module can retrieve information periodically or in real-time on demand, so that agents always have the most accurate information.
