Agent Maintenance

The TriniCo Agent Maintenance (TAM) module simplifies the management of the roles and rights of TriniCo users in a large organization. With dozens of agents and more, it becomes a time-consuming task for an administrator to maintain an overview and to grant everyone the correct rights within TriniCo in a secure manner. The TAM module helps with this.

TAM can be connected directly to Azure Active Directory for autoprovisioning of accounts. With Agent Maintenance, roles and rights can be managed and an agent can be given the correct rights at the push of a button. Advantages are efficiency, accuracy, security and scalability.
