Your privacy is of great importance to Harbers Solutions B.V. (‘Harbers Solutions’). During the processing of personal data Harbers Solutions operates conform the requirements of the applicable data protection legislation, like the General Data Protection Regulation (‘GDPR’). This means we:

  • Clearly specify our purposes before we process personal data, by using this privacy and cookie statement.
  • Limit our collection of personal data to only the personal data needed for legitimate purposes.
  • First ask for explicit permission to process your personal data in cases where your permission is required.
  • Take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data and we demand the same from parties who process personal data on our behalf.

You can contact us in various ways. For example, you can get in touch with us for questions about our services or for advice. This can be done by phone or via a contact form. To answer your questions or respond to your requests, we process your personal data. We process this data based on the execution of the agreement. For this purpose, we use the following personal data:

  • Phone number
  • Any personal data you include in the message yourself

We use this data to properly handle your request. We retain this data as long as necessary for the nature of the form or the content of the email or message to fully answer and process it or for the proper registration of your data. In any case, we will not retain the data for longer than 12 months after our last contact.

Personal demo

If you are interested in our services, you can request a personal demo via our website. You can also contact us to inquire about our services, such as SaaS Servics, hosting and other cloud services, IT management, and advice & consultancy. We will contact you and, if desired, send you a quotation containing our offer. We process this data based on the execution of the agreement. For this purpose, we process the following data:

  • Name
  • Company name
  • Email adress
  • Phone number

We retain the data for a maximum of 12 months after the quotation has been sent. If you accept the quotation, we will retain your data for up to 5 years after your last purchase. Some data may be retained longer if we are legally obligated to do so (for example, due to the 7-year tax retention obligation).

Services

You can purchase software from us. To establish an agreement with you, we need to process your data. For example, to deliver the software, send the quotation/invoice, or provide a free demonstration. We process your data based on the legal basis of ‘performance of a contract’. Without this data, we cannot execute the (yet-to-be-concluded) agreement with you:

  • Name
  • Company name
  • Contact details (email adress and phone number)
  • Adress details
  • Payment details
  • Order details
  • Other information relevant tot the agreement

We retain your personal data for up to 2 years after you have requested a quotation from us or for the duration of the contract unless we are required to retain your personal data longer due to our tax obligations (in which case, we retain your personal data for a maximum of 7 years).

Providing data to third parties

We share your personal data with third parties only when permitted by current law. We may provide your personal data to third parties because:

  • we have engaged them to process certain data
  • it is necessary to execute the agreement with you
  • you give permission for this
  • we have a legitimate interest in doing so
  • we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require this in case of suspicion of a crime)

  • Partners we collaborate with for our services (e.g. Verint, Company Info and Puzzel)

We may use parties based in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to provide our services. We only use such a party if:

  1. This recipient is located in a third country that the European Commission has designated as providing an adequate level of data protection (an adequacy decision).

  3. We have obtained your express consent to do so.

This privacy and cookie statement applies exclusively to the services of Harbers Group. We are not responsible for the privacy policy of other websites that can be accessed via a link on our website.

We will usually respond to your request within one month. This term can be extended with a maximum of two months if the request is proven to be complex or tied to a specific right. You will be notified about a possible extension of this term.

Complaints

If you want to file a complaint about our use of personal data, please send an e-mail with the details of your complaint to info@trinico.io. We will look into and respond to any complaint we receive.
