From Trinicom to TriniCo
Originally created in 1999 in the Netherlands under the name Trinicom, the software focused from the start on delivering high-quality solutions for customer service and contact centers. Thanks to its focus on ease of use and innovation, Trinicom has built a strong reputation in the industry and positioned itself as a forerunner in customer contact technology.
The history of our software has been marked by several acquisitions, first by an English and later by an American organization. During this period, the software was also better known under the names Kana and Express. Despite these international influences, the promising Dutch customer contact solution returned to its roots in 2023 and currently operates under the new name TriniCo.
The name TriniCo
The name TriniCo is a derivation of the former name Trinicom and a combination of the Latin word 'Trini', which means 3, and 'Co'. Co stands for the organization (O) of the 3 core principles of customer satisfaction: Customer, Channel, and Content. These three pillars form the core of our software identity.
The name TriniCo reflects the national and international ambition of our organization and our product to put the customer first, to expand the choice of communication channels and to deliver high-quality knowledge content, so that customers can find answers to their questions quickly and efficiently.
In Dutch hands
Harbers Solutions B.V., part of ICT organization Harbers Group, is the software developer behind TriniCo. The return to Dutch hands marks a new chapter for TriniCo. The legacy of innovation and customer focus lives on in the latest features of the software. TriniCo remains committed to user-friendly, advanced customer contact solutions that help companies provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
